One-way Venting Coffee Bean Degassing Metal Canister: Your Ideal Metal Canister
Looking for the ultimate solution to perfectly lock in the flavor of your coffee beans? This metal canister, designed for coffee lovers and professional roasters, is the perfect choice for keeping your coffee beans fresh.
Freshly roasted coffee beans continuously release carbon dioxide, which, if not handled properly, can not only ruin the flavor of the beans but also potentially burst the packaging. Meanwhile, oxygen, light, and moisture are “hidden killers” of coffee’s aroma.
Brew is as aromatic and flavorful as if it were freshly roasted.
Our metal canister features an innovative one-way ventilation system and a completely light-blocking design, creating a microenvironment for your premium coffee beans that allows them to breathe freely while being protected from external contaminants, ensuring that every brew is as aromatic and flavorful as if it were freshly roasted.

FAQ
Why must coffee beans be stored using a metal canister with a one-way exhaust valve?
Freshly roasted coffee beans release a significant amount of carbon dioxide within weeks. If stored in a completely sealed container without a vent, the gas will accumulate and affect the flavor; if stored open, the beans will rapidly age due to contact with oxygen and moisture.
Metal containers with vent valves allow for one-way exhaust of waste gases while also isolating the beans from oxygen and light, making them the best containers for preserving coffee flavor.
Is this tin canister only used to hold coffee beans?
Of course not. Although it is designed for coffee beans, tinplate’s excellent light-blocking, moisture-proof, and airtight properties also make it ideal for storing tea, nuts, spices, biscuits, and even pet food, effectively extending the shelf life of various dried foods.
How should I clean and maintain this tin coffee jar?
We recommend wiping the inside and outside of the canister with a slightly damp, soft cloth, and immediately drying it with a dry cloth or letting it air dry. Do not soak the canister in water, put it in a dishwasher, or scrub it with abrasive objects such as steel wool, as this may damage the anti-rust coating on the tinplate surface and the delicate venting valve structure on top.
Make sure the inside of the canister is completely dry before adding new coffee beans.
