Normally, our minimum order quantity for personalized cigar tins is 3,000 pieces. If you choose one of our existing mold sizes, we offer more flexibility regarding the minimum order quantity. For orders requiring a completely new mold, please contact our customer service for detailed customization options.
How long does the complete production cycle take from design confirmation to mass production delivery?
If using existing molds, the sampling time is typically 7-10 days. After you confirm the sample, the standardized production cycle for bulk orders is approximately 25-30 days. We will strictly adhere to the production schedule to ensure your products are delivered and available on time.
Have your tin boxes been treated to prevent rust? Are they suitable for the high humidity environment of cigar storage?
Yes. All custom cigar tins are manufactured from high quality rust-proof tin plated iron and are coated with an antioxidant food-grade protective coating (such as clear gold oil) on both the inner and outer surfaces. This double protection gives the iron box excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties, and is fully capable of adapting to the humidity environment required for daily storage of cigars.
